About Sean Smith
Sean is a Master ASE certified technician and a hybrid certified one. After being a mechanic for over 20 years, he knew that he could do it better. He began his career at West Ashley Toyota in 2001 as an expert certified technician. In January 2006, Sean began working at Lexus of Charleston before opening Japanese Import Pros in 2020. His experience with Lexus and Toyota makes and models is extensive. He started Japanese Import Pros to provide a dealer alternative for repairs and maintenance for Toyota and Lexus vehicles. His training, attention to detail, and commitment to focus on customer service and safety first are what make Japanese Import Pros run like a well-oiled machine. He considers every customer who puts their faith in him to be part of the family.
